On the 19th and 20th September this year, the Sand Rose Project will be hosting its first ever ‘Open Day Event’.

Spindrift cottage in Marazion will be opening its doors to any organisations, agencies, individuals and residents who want to find out more about the project, and see for themselves the facilities that are offered to bereaved families.

Pupils from nearby Marazion Primary School have been working on some very special paintings for the occasion, and these will be exhibited at the cottages during the event.

During the two days the project will also be celebrating the official opening of Greeb Rocks Cottage, which is situated next door to Spindrift, as a second venue for families.
